Delivery & Returns

byMerry aims to delivery the best service to its customers.

Please read below for more information on our Delivery & Returns terms and conditions.

All item orders will be dispatched within two working days (if orders are placed before 1pm).

On rare occasions, the delivery of your order may be delayed. byMerry will endeavour to keep you informed on the progress of your order, should it be delayed.

Australia and New Zealand: We offer a Australia Post Standard Postage and Shipping charge of $10.00 or an Australia Post Express Postage and Shipping charge of $15.00. All orders will have the postage and shipping charge added to the invoice.

Returns Procedure

For all returns, the customer will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to byMerry . Where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, the freight component is charged to byMerry . Before returning stock, please contact customer service on sales@bymerry.com.au to request a ‘Returns Authorisation Number’. byMerry recommends that the customer is to utilise a registered post and parcel insurance service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note we are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the goods are back in our possession.
